accessibility
This site is for everyone.
To us accessibility is not a checkbox but a core value: a site about not facing things alone should not exclude anyone itself. This is our voluntary statement, following the European model.
status
Partially compliant with WCAG 2.1 AA.
Based on self-evaluation, not an external audit. We deliberately claim no full compliance before an independent review confirms it.
What already works
- + Fully operable with a keyboard alone, with visible focus.
- + An accessibility menu on every page: calm mode, larger text, higher contrast, underlined links, less transparency and larger buttons, remembered on your device.
- + Text colour contrast meets AA, and meaning never relies on colour alone.
- + Meaningful heading structure, landmarks and alt texts on images.
- + Forms with real labels, errors as help and no time pressure.
- + Fully usable on mobile, including with larger text settings.
What we are still working on
- — An independent WCAG audit by experts by experience is planned.
- — The particle film on the homepage has a still variant, but we are exploring an even richer textual experience for screen readers.
- — Some photos still await more extensive descriptions.
